Step 2 : Neutralizer

Step 2:

Neutralizer is applied on the Lashes or Brows as the second step on Lash/Brow Lifting.
Lotion neutralizes the pH levels after applying the lifting lotion in step 1.
This step secures new curve / direction of hair.

Lashes 5-8 mins / Brows 4-6 mins

Treatment time should be adjusted according to eyelash condition and health.

It is up to technician’s ability to judge appropriate time.
Thin lashes = 5-6 mins
Medium lashes = 6-7 mins
Thick lashes = 7-8 mins
Asian lashes (strong) = 10 mins

*Rub or massage bag 10-20 times before use.
*Wipe the bag clean after use and close tightly to prevent air from entering.
*Recommended to be used within 24 hours after opening.
